After finding my shower had a leak that was going through to floor underneath I called my insurance and was connected to Eagle Restoration. Once I finally spoke with my claims person from my insurance it was just a few hours when Roman and Ricky arrived from Eagle. They assessed the situation , took pictures, communicated what they were seeing and right then started the drying out part of this chaotic situation. Roman could see it was a stressful time and talked us through the process. Very friendly, respectful and easy to talk to. They answered my many questions. I requested a pack out for a 5 bedroom house and these group of individuals work fast and neat. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend this company to everyone that needs efficient reliable workers.
We had water damage to our kitchen floor that had caused some buckling of the laminate floor boards. Eagle Restoration was on the job in an extremely expeditious manner and completed the job rapidly and efficiently. Kudos to employees Ricky and Rafa who thoroughly explained each step of the process, meticulously cleaned up after themselves and overall did an outstanding job. Well done, Eagle Restoration!
