DeMaria took on a very difficult commercial project I was managing for my construction company. We had a pool and spa on the 8th floor of a condo that needed new tile, plaster and coping.These guys gave us an excellent price and we sat down and hashed out a schedule. Technically it was a difficult job because of the lack of access to the 8th floor, most pool contractors shied away but not these guys.
