This particular Cleaners charges twice as much as others in the area for the same service. The most irritating thing is, they did not follow our instructions. They just did whatever they wanted with our clothes. We will never return to this location. We have found another that will follow our instructions, for half the price. Charging $10 a shirt to press and and launder is way too high.

They kept telling me my jacket is not ready for two days and then they told me someone picked up. They just lie And when I asked her how come you give it to someone without receipt she was shocked, and I have evidence

Love this place. Quick, Easy and Excellent Service. I love getting texts messages letting me know when my garments are ready for pick up. And so very convenient adding a credit card to my account - Grab and Go. Prices are great and Eloisa is a great help.

There is nothing fancy about this place. It's a dry cleaners. However, this is a very convenient location right off of 101 and across from Costco. The staff is very friendly. Prices here are so much cheaper than any other dry cleaners I have found. They text you when your order is ready. One thing that is difficult is finding their hours. Their hours on Google and Yelp are different. They do not post them online. Also, the phone numbers listed online are for the accounting department. You need to call the number on your receipt.

The hotel I was staying at used them to outsource laundry and dry cleaning. When my item went missing, Alex was extremely helpful is tracking it down. Highly recommend them and appreciate their service.

Was told a while ago that this was a great place but never really came because I had a regular place I go to that was close to my office. Finally decided to come because my regular place wanted to charge me $98 to clean 4 jackets and a graduation gown. I came here and it was less than $70 for everything. Also really like their texting system and efficient service. Eloisa was very friendly as well. Wish I would have came here sooner.

Stay away from Inter-City Cleaners if you don't want to loose your expensive closing you bring to them for dry cleaning. As soon as they see designer's pieces, your closing mysteriously disappears and the refuse to talk to you claiming you providing false information to them. We have been in this situation twice, first one back to 2020 and second occurred last April. Their shop located at 438 South Airport Blvd, South San Francisco, right across Costco.
