I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed. My usual supplier no longer carries the texture I needed for a particular client. I looked for a replacement supplier and found Lyrical hair. From the pictures and reviews it was a quality product so on May 18, 2026, I placed my order. I received my order on May 20, 2026. Upon receipt is the unit I immediately sent a message to the customer service department informing them that this piece was not the quality I was expecting. In fact it was far from it andI requested a refund. It is May 28, 2026 and I have not heard back from anyone there yet. The hair is not the color I ordered, it is dry, and there is no curl or wave to the hair.
