Specifically: Front desk staff, people are literally coming in for necessary visits, you're at the front desk... could you be kind? Dismissive, patronizing, and short in tone and communication; sad. I hope that all that visit here are granted more respect and hospitality upon entering. I know that culturally, many accept this as ok. It's not. Nurse was great! Dr was great! Dr Panosian, I'd recommend! Appreciate them and the only poor taste is the front desk

ChapCare was founded in 1995 to establish primary healthcare services for the low-income, uninsured residents in the Pasadena area.
