I'm a patriot and let me tell everyone here, this is the company you go with. Honest, professional and the quality was top notch. Jason Cope was the best plumber I've ever dealt with. The value he provided was the best in Jamestown and Sonora and probably beyond. Hire them and thank me later.
Mr. Hollister was very polite and he made sure he kept me updated on the time he would be arriving at my home. He had a very good attitude with everyone here whom he had to have direct contact with. His professionalism was very much appreciated.
I would have given Jason a 5-star rating because the work he did was exceptionable and very fast. He was friendly and knowledgeable the only downside is he was about 1 hour late and a call to let us know he was running late would have been appreciated. We will always call Roto-Rooter for service when needed!
