Kristi Douglas is fantastic! Super intuitive and helpful! Was recommended by a fellow triathlete and this what just what I needed in the lead up to my Ironman. Intimate, clean space. Would HIGHLY recommend!
I was referred to Kristi by my Chiropractor for further treatment following a recent automobile accident. Kristi identified and treated the specific muscle groups. Very informative, very professional and excellent experience. Highly recommend Kristi.
Kristi is the most amazing massage therapist. She understands the workings of the body, and can identify and fix structural problems which greatly relieves pain. I was in an ATV accident and very sore a couple of days afterward. She spent 80 minutes on me and I am walking with so much less pain a day later - not even close to limping like I was before I saw her. She also humorously identified what was "ATV pain" vs. my usual "stress pain." I feel like a new person 24 hours later. I have also seen her when I just needed a great massage (sans injury).
