I am in my 50s and was struggling to lose weight. Nothing that worked for me in the past was helping anymore because I think my metabolism stopped! Anyway, in just two months with the help of Jonathan Haynes, M.D. and his wonderful team, I met my goal of losing 20 pounds! This diet really works and I have referred several friends. Four people in my office joined and everyone is slimming down. Thank you, Dr. Haynes!

A friend was looking great so I asked her what she had been doing. She said she was going to One Life and she loved it. So I tried it. So far so good. I like their food that makes it easy to follow the blocks, but you don't have to get their food.

I love my OneLife family! It was such a positive experience every step of the way. Not only did I hit my goal weight, but I learned healthy habits to ensure lifelong success. I'm a happier, more confident person and for the first time in a long time I feel comfortable in my skin. I also love that my daughter will grow up with parents setting good examples of how to live a healthy lifestyle. And by that I don't mean eat boring, flavorless food for life. But know when to indulge, when to skip it and understanding that balance.
