There are people who are in the know and then there are people who are IN THE KNOW. We stumbled upon Steve Bennett, of Bennet Functional Therapies, when going to get a shoulder adjustment while visiting Del Mar on a vacation. Not only did he take care of that but the conversation turned to a broader sense of wellbeing. My husband suffers from a low thyroid disorder, Hashimoto's, which in turn leads to sluggishness, difficulty shedding weight and low energy. Steve had the curiosity and the caring to look at the whole picture and quickly suggested that he changes thyroid medication and get several blood tests done by way of exploring my adrenals, potential food allergies...read full review
