    I want to share my experience as a Deaf POC, since many of the reviews I saw before coming here felt very critical of the staff. Personally, I had a good experience. Some reviews seemed more like “policing” the employees’ actions or attitudes, but from what I’ve seen, many of the problems actually come from pet owners. For example, I’ve witnessed owners dragging their dogs by the leash — that’s not on the employees.

    When I brought in my 3–4 month old kitten for an exam, the staff treated me well. The vet I saw (a male doctor) was kind and respectful. The price was on the higher side, but honestly reasonable compared to other vet clinics.

    Dr. Atalla is unreliable and insufficient, to say the least. Most recently, she rescheduled my senior dog's visit twice and then asked me wait an additional 45 minutes. There was absolutely no accommodation for my time; in fact, they charged me for items my dog needed. The front desk staff is aware, very kind and doesn't take offense to this behavior by Atalla. They are used to it. So sad.

    This place is ONLY good if you ONLY need Vaccinations! For vaccinations you don’t need an appointment and can walk right in which is great. Vaccinations only take about 30 mins in and out and they don’t charge for office visits if you only need vaccines.
    The pricing for vaccines are great BUT EVERYTHING else is soooo expensive! Like I’m talking ear cleaner for $75! The vet tech literally told me I should just pick some up from PetSmart for $15 instead, which I did!
    On the down side if you do need to see a doctor, the women doctor is Cold,harsh doesn’t even ask you pets name. Or introduce herself that’s why I DONT KNOW HER NAME. She comes in... read full review
