My Realtor recommended Art at Quillen Enterprises to inspect our new home, and I am thrilled she did!Art was very personable, took the time to talk through what he found, both the positive and the concerns, and put my mind at ease when making such a large investment.I highly recommend Art and will use him again if the need should arise.
If you're buying a house and need an inspection, I'm not sure you could find a more honest, thorough and knowledgeable inspector. He is a former contractor and takes his work very seriously. He's also very reasonably priced and I feel he could easily charge more. Thank you Art!
