We worked with David during the bidding process and it was an awesome experience. We loved how he listened to our needs as our plan was quite complicated as it involved both building an ADU and landscape. David went far and beyond what we have expected in helping us with our bid. I love how detailed the proposal was compared to some other contractor bids. He always came on time and was never in a rush to head out. Pricing of the project was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend friends to consider So Cal Builders and Design when they need to do any home improvement project.
We worked with David on a project that included new window installation (four windows), wall insulation (three bedrooms), electrical upgrades (three bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room) and a complete gut and remodel of one bathroom. The job included coordination of different trades which David handled expertly while at the same time being responsive to our requests.
We worked with David on our kitchen remodel. He was timely, responsive, attentive to our needs, and helped bring our vision to life. He and the people he sent to work on our house were professional, and David's guys always kept a clean workspace. We're almost at the finish line w/ our project and can't wait to see the final result.
