His professionalism and expertise truly made me feel comfortable in the chair. He communicated everything and just had an overall amazing energy that brightened my day. I’ve been going to Floyd’s 99 in Sherman Oaks for a few years and it’s always a great experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the shop has a cool vibe. Gigi has been my go-to hairdresser and she’s simply the best — always nice, professional, and she does an incredible job every time. I also love how easy it is to book appointments online. Highly recommend this location!
