Shout out to Elizabeth Marquart our outstanding real estate agent for selling our property in just a few days at $30K over appraised value. After interviewing a number of potential agents…it was clear that Elizabeth was the most competent. Her encyclopedic knowledge of the selling process was a great asset as our property was a probate sale which required coordination among the attorneys, escrow, and the probate referee. The best! Elizabeth Marquart is a marvel. She and her very skilled team just helped us through a very challenging probate condo sale. Elizabeth had an in depth understanding of the messiness of our situation and helped us think through the options. She highlighted the potential of our property while being honest about it's problems. We had multiple good offers and a contract within a week on the market.
