Lisette is amazing in helping with teen acne. She is one of the nurse practitioners so you don't necessarily need to see an MD to get results. My daughter suffered from acne for too long and Lisette helped her clear her skin. Now she feels pretty again. Highly recommend!
I don't have insurance, so I was happy to find they had extremely reasonable prices. I have suffered from dandruff for years, trying every store shelf shampoo, cream, oil, etc that I could find. Some worked short term, but never stuck.
The doctor was able to determine the issue, and prescribed me a couple medications to help. Since I started, I have not had a single flare up in two months!
My mother had an appointment for some concerns in her skin. Unfortunately my mother does not speak English so I thought she was going to have a hard time understanding what the doctors were explaining to her. Thankfully there was a young lady by the name of Fabiola who helped translate and explained everything to my mother. I was very pleased to hear this because I'm usually there to help my mother with translation (Spanish) but had something important on my end as well. This gave me a piece of mind because my mother said she explained everything and was very sweet. Will be booking all her future appointments here for sure. Thank you American skin institute.
