He was very friendly and did a great job on my chair, and also cleaned my loveseat. There wasn't much room when he was cleaning the loveseat, close to wall. So I understand why this might have been missed. It's a very minor thing but I would just suggest checking the baseboard when finished cleaning. Just a quick wipe.
