I cannot say what a nightmare it has been dealing with these advisors. It started in February when we realized the memory care our mom was in was surpassing her income. We contacted them and I had to first declare and prove my father was dead. I sent them all of the info and had it notarized. Then after not hearing from them for over a month we contacted them again. We again had to send off all the proof of his death. After another 6 weeks of not hearing back we contacted them, yet again. They needed other info, which is still all the info we sent. I find Richard Jackson, and his associates [Jonathan Evans and Tina Harmier] to be terrific! They perform all the things one would expect, but they go the extra step. It is the norm to have face to face meetings so they learn our goals and expectations. Richard listens! All to often I have encountered advisors who wish to pontificate rather than respond to our needs and wishes. Richard works to meet our wishes and offers wise counsel. The most recent market decline had minimal affect on our accounts primarily due to Richard's sage recommendations. Richard, thank you.

I've found Susan Poe of Wells Fargo to be a proactive professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Someone who goes out of the way to provide customer service. She came to my rescue once again.
