I called a competitor of Allegiance to come to my home and assess my air conditioner. They told me my air conditioner needed a new compressor and coiling and that I should get a new heating system. They quoted me $17,000.00 to fix my problem. Allegiance sent a technician. After assessing my air conditioner, he said that it is likely that I had a leak and needed coolant with something that would seal the leak. He said, if this works you won’t need me the rest of the summer. Well… we’ve run our air conditioner everyday, all day and night (we live in Escondido), and it is still going strong. Trevor and Luis were very professional and knowledgeable. Trevor explained the issues with my system very thoroughly and they made the necessary repairs on the spot. This was my first experience with Allegiance and I am very pleased. I feel confident that I am in good hands.
Trevor with ALLEGIANCE came out to my listing in Mission Valley. He communicated amazingly, did a great job, sent me pictures when he finished and was very reliable. I would use Allegiance again just because of him!!!
