I called a competitor of Allegiance to come to my home and assess my air conditioner. They told me my air conditioner needed a new compressor and coiling and that I should get a new heating system. They quoted me $17,000.00 to fix my problem. Allegiance sent a technician. After assessing my air conditioner, he said that it is likely that I had a leak and needed coolant with something that would seal the leak. He said, if this works you won’t need me the rest of the summer. Well… we’ve run our air conditioner everyday, all day and night (we live in Escondido), and it is still going strong. Had a visit today to check our HVAC. Raul was excellent, clearly explained what he found, and what he could do, and what he recommended. We've used Allegiance before and always been very pleased, today was no exception. Realistic appraisal without a hard sell, but providing options as we face eventual end-of-life for our 20 year old HVAC system. Highly recommended!
Rail was wonderful! Very communicative and worked to get me a fair price. He was prompt and got my AC back up and running within an hour. He also gave me good advice to help protect my system to keep it running for as long as possible.
