We had a great experience with Swan Plumbing. They replaced our water heater. Travis and Brian were courteous, punctual and very professional and efficient. They went out of their way to accommodate our situation. Clean up was perfect. Highly recommend this company for plumbing needs!

Brian with Sawn was very detailed and respectful of my home. He did a great job and was knowledgeable about the repair needed for my water heater. He explained the process and was honest about the work. He took the time to teach me what he did and how the water heater works. Overall, Brian was very professional and detail-oriented.

Last Friday, PG&E detected a gas leak at my business and shut off supply to the affected pipe. We reached out to Swann Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon, and from the very first call, they were courteous, professional, and understanding of the urgency of our situation.
They immediately reached out to their technicians to try to get someone out, and when that wasn’t possible, their General Manager personally stepped in. He came out that same Friday afternoon to assess the problem and then returned first thing Saturday morning to complete the repair.
