Great Clips

I was not too pleased with the haircut, nor the person who cut my hair. Her demeanor was all business and not friendly to talk with, as I have experienced at the Great Clips that I normally go to. I only went to this branch, because I was getting a ride from someone, and it is in the same shopping center as the Safeway that is close to my apartment complex. In the future, when I need my haircut, I will go to Great Clips branch where I normally go to, even if it means using the bus.

I had an amazing experience with Katelyn yesterday! It has been quite some time since I've been to any Great Clips location (definitely pre-Covid years) and getting a haircut has been on my mind for a number of weeks. I was in Santa Rosa running errands and had some extra time for a haircut so I said why not? Prior to the hair cut, my hair length reached my waist. I suppose that can be intimidating for some stylists since more often than not, my requests are not completely met. Katelyn did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks amazing! I recall visiting this great clips right before New Year’s Day this recent December (2022). I can’t remember the name of the woman who gave me the haircut, but I do remember that her customer service was second to none, and she made the experience among one of my personal favorites at any barber shop I’ve ever been to.
