This place is closed! Shut down for good. In fact, it's for lease if you're interested. Give them a call. Rather large, former bank-style edifice in downtown Santa Rosa, adjacent to the center square area in the middle of town. It is called Old Courthouse Square if you're curious. You're gonna love opening a new business here. Or perhaps this is an established business, and you're just changing locations. That's a great idea as well. Believe me, people do it all the time. And if your business happens to be a bank, then you might have to do very little remodeling and retrofitting in order to make it your own. That will save some serious bucks in the long run.
