I was experiencing some severe lower back pain after doing heavy single rep back squats at the gym and was referred Dr. Jacob by another member who he’d recently helped as well.
The first couple of days I had a difficult time moving my body at all. Slowly I was able to get some mobility back on my own, but still moving a bit gingerly.
It was not until I had an appointment with Dr. Jacob that I felt MUCH better. Pain level decreased and it seemed I could even think clearer again.
He's located on Abbot Kinney in Venice and I was able to find street parking (no meter) fairly easy.

Within the first 10 minutes of my session Dr. Jacob was able to fully analyze my bodies alignment issues and clearly explain them to me with the help of a 3d model of the skeletal/muscular structure of the spine. He then explained his plan to adjust my body, and then (as far as I can tell) he expertly realigned my body by completely relieving my muscle tension and then precisely adjusting my joints/bones. I felt indescribable relief both during and after the session; I feel emotionally and physically reinvigorated. Moreover, Dr. Jacob is an incredible listener. I’ve seen so many different chiros with many different techniques but Dr. Jacob is by far the best. He is so kind and attentive and fixed my issue in the first visit. I can’t wait to try some of the other services he has to offer! Would definitely recommend as he is also upfront with his pricing and scheduling which is hard to find!
