Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and I personally get my hair cut by Carissa, since she knows all my points, bumps, and concave. She always does an amazing job on my hair, and if she’s not available everybody else does an amazing job as well!!!:)

My husband checked in online and verified a 60 minute wait time. After driving 1/2 hour he arrived within 5 minutes of approximate appointment and was told by staff it would be another 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and checked again and was told another 80 minutes! Of course he walked out. What a waste of time. The appointment system in place is terrible. Sport Clips needs to do better.
