We were very anxious and nervous after suffering a bathroom flood. They responded quickly and knew what and where to check for damage which we were unfamiliar with. All the staff that responded were very polite and professional. Every time I called(which was often) with questions they were responsive and understanding of our anxiety, and answered our questions. I am very pleased with the process that can be difficult to understand at times, and never made us feel like a bother. When your house floods, it is a nightmare. The professionals from Servpro came out very fast and started the mitigation right away. It was a lot of water damage but first David, and then Jacob were so calm and professional and I felt I was in good hands. They checked in on the drying process frequently and always arrived when they said they would. They helped walk me through the process and patiently answered my many questions. Ultimately they were able to get drywall and studs sufficiently dry with the use of many fans, dehumidifier, and removing some drywall. They were able to leave my cabinets in tact, Hooray!
