We had a water leak in our home that started off as a nightmare with another company. We were lucky enough to get ServPro of Whittier to complete the job and it was a totally different experience, a much better experience, starting with Jose's mitigation team, Emmanuel's construction team and finishing with Ranita in the front office who was also very helpful. Each construction team was professional, always on time, we could always reach them and they would follow up immediately with a text or phone call. We always knew what they would be doing next. We had an excellent experience with Servpro from start to finish. After dealing with significant water damage, their team stepped in quickly and handled everything from mitigation to the full reconstruction of our kitchen and laundry area.
They were professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and every crew member we interacted with showed genuine care for the quality of their work and our home.

Leak in laundry room. Servpro of Whittier understood urgent need to repair damage due to upcoming Open House. Office staff to on-site staff were friendly, helpful, and got the job done faster than expected. Very pleased with their response time and professionalism. Thanks, Emmanuel!
