About Village Yoga Santa Cruz
Village Yoga Santa Cruz is a premier Hot Yoga studio established in 2001, offering a variety of classes including Original Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, YogaBarre, Yin, and Restorative. Before starting practicing at village yoga, I was hampered with Achilles and plantar fascists injuries. Four months later, I am pain free and able to play the sports I love. I've been to a couple of different yoga studios in the Santa Cruz area and I can confidently say this is the best studio by far. All of the instructors are great especially Amy, Michael, Sally and Laura. They make you feel very comfortable and want to help you fully express yourself in your yoga practice journey. I strongly suggest Village Yoga to people of all ages not only in pursuit of a exercise journey but a mental and spiritual one as well. During my grief, Village Yoga has been at the core of my healing. I have so much gratitude in my heart for Amy, Sally, Amanda and this whole community. I had the pleasure of catching a Mindy-led vibes class last week! Mindy is a terrific teacher with an impeccable dialogue and a quality to her voice that instills calmness. As I move through this season of cold darkness, I honor the warm light found within these walls. Namaste.
I loved the 8:30AM class with Sally! Sally and Amy have created a beautiful studio. The pacing throughout the class was perfect and I loved the soft, relaxing music. The owners as well as the instructor who I spoke to were all very personable and kind. This studio reminds me of all of my favorite things about Santa Cruz.
