Terry Ballantyne of Sereno Group was my real estate agent when I sold my home in Capitola and she did an exceptional job. She sold my home quickly and efficiently and it was an easy transaction (and since selling a home is usually one of the biggest and most important assets a person has in their life, that makes a difference). She is professional, very knowledgeable, and has a palpable passion about real estate. Without hesitation, I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.
I just can't say enough about Terry Ballantyne. I just closed on a place in Soquel. I started looking for a place about a year ago because I knew I was going to do a 1031 exchange. It was complicated and even more complicated because I live out of town. I knew nothing about a 1031 exchange or real estate.
