All the people I had contact with were quick to respond, very friendly and accommodating. I had to reschedule a couple of times due to illness and they never made me feel like it was a problem. I was very pleased with how my old carpet turned out. It takes quite a beating from my wheelchair use and on top of that my apt had had a septic overflow which leaked out onto my living room rug. The technician took extra time to go around my apt and find all the places that had been affected by the leak. Even in areas I never would have guessed. This was invaluable to me since our bldg is plagued by mold so we were able to treat the damage before it grew into something worse.... read full review
