We had purchased an item at best buy and it was defective they sent us to geek squad and they wasted a whole day trying to fix it after they swore it would only take 30 mins. We left and brought it here and they basically told us it didnt work anymore but they didnt waste outlr time or try to get our hopes up. Gave us answers fast. I highly recommend!
I have used this store several times over the years to transfer data when getting a new laptop. Always good service and a good deal. Today I had an issue with my laptop. I thought it needed serious repair. Five minutes after I walked in, they found a very simple solution and sent me on my way. Honest and knowledgeable. Better than big box service.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick repair, willing to go over and beyond, you get a good vibe from this place, your pc is in good hands and pricing is fair. Will repeat if a repair in needed and will definitely refer him to friends that may need a pc repaired.
