Finding a roofer who does good work, is honest and responsive, can be hard. I had a few leaks after a few patch jobs from a different roofer. I decided to get the whole roof done as it's been 20+ years. I met with 4 companies but chose Apex based on price, reviews and being in business locally for a long time. I'm very glad I did. The communication was excellent and they took care of me every step of the way. Randy and Adolfo were professional and top notch. They checked everything i had requested. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

After calling around it was Apex that responded the fastest with a free inspection and the most affordable quote. We were able to choose when to have the work done so it fit our schedule. The job was completed on time and cost was an exact match to the estimate. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous. I would hire Apex again!Services: Roof inspection

Update 2/21 - Jackie, the office manager, contacted me to resolve this matter. Knowing that a company takes pride in their client feedback is a plus for me. Thank you to Apex Roofing for taking my feedback serious and contacting me to resolve.Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience with this company. First, I understand they are booked out a few weeks but the lack of communication on when the job would start was frustrating. Then, I surprisingly wake up to roofers at my house at 7:30am. No notice that they would even start the project. I work from home so this was an inconvenience with yappy dogs and banging on the roof with no time to reschedule conference calls....read full review
