Made a reservation for a shampoo and cut. The quality of service and cut was great. I will say that you may have trouble with communication if you don't speak Mandarin, but they do have devices that help translate between English and Mandarin. The inside is sleek and it was a full house on a Friday afternoon. I estimate that there was 10 people in total getting a cut when I was there. Don't let their name fool you, lots of men were there getting a haircut. It's a bit pricey at $60, but you get what you pay for. It seems like most higher end salons charge around this price, and some even more.

My stylists tended to my needs throughout the entire session, and all the staff were super friendly! I got my hair done by James, who asked for my thoughts almost every step of the way, and managed my frizzy, thick, coarse hair with no problem. I loved that they seemed like they cared about the outcome as much as I did, and I didn't have to worry about feeling bad to ask for what I want. They even customized my session according to what I needed; Because half of my hair was too damaged wouldn't withstand Japanese hair strengthening, they offered to do Brazailian blowout treatment on parts that can't be straightened. The store itself is brand new and all the furnitures are new. 2nd time here with Gavin and he's very skillful and pay attention to all the details, he would also ask you for any idea or opinion along the way. The quality is definitely on the high end of the spectrum and would recommend for anyone who needs a good haircut
