The previous owner had put up walls with studs and sheetrock around the furnace, and another HVAC installer said I would need to get a contractor to come first to make the opening wider. The installers from Fuse were able to do the modifications themselves in a way that made the most sense for the new air handler. Scheduling was easy and everyone was confident with their work. I will update this review if needed once we actually have a chance to actually use the new heat pump. ?Services: Heating system installation
This is the second time I get help from Fuse. The first time is for repairing furnace, which I had excellent experience. This time is a much bigger job. I had my AC unit replaced. Gene B. and his partner did awesome job. They showed up right on time, and worked through the day. Job well done and I have absolutely no issues with them. Thanks!
We were having problems with the furnace not turning on and called Fuse to come check out the issue. David, our technician was able to come out and helped us get the furnace up and running. We called on a Sunday morning and he came a few hours later and on his day off to help us out! Amazing service! While he was here, he went out of his way to double check some of the wiring and outlets. He wanted to triple check they were up to code and properly working.
