The communication at the beginning with the scheduler was great, and the pricing was great. However, they changed our appointment time on us with around a 12 hour warning, from noon to 8am which is honestly a huge difference. They also offered no reason as to why they changed our time until I prodded via text for an explanation. They didn't ask either if I wanted to change my time, they just immediately changed it without my OK. The morning of, they only sent 2 maids instead of the 3 that I was promised via text communication. The maids were unaware of the deep clean that I was scheduled which is clearly a miscommunication from base to the maids which is frustrating... read full review

Showed up on time, wanted to do a quick walkthrough to make sure they understood problem areas before getting started. At the end, walked me through to make sure it was up to my standards, which it easily was. They did a deep clean even without me asking for it. Highly recommendService: Standard cleaning
