Awesome place for hiit/ strength training. I've been coming here for a few months now & have had nothing but great experiences. The instructors are welcoming, and provide demonstrations of each exercise. Definitely arrive a few minutes early to stretch and see the demonstrations. Nikole is my favorite instructor at this location!
The membership is well worth it. I joined wellbee with little experience working out besides cardio and the trainers are so sweet and encouraging! (Special shout out to Morgan, Jordyn, Jenna, Tatianna and Kate!) They bring their positive energy which makes it fun and fly by. I love the spin class because time flies by with only 12 songs. Also they have themed days which makes it fun!! I feel like I get a good workout I find this bootcamp really helpful for beginners because the trainers are attentive and will help correct your form and give you tips. The bootcamp has so many variations of exercises which is good for someone like me who can get bored doing the same exercise! I noticed a huge a difference in my body from when I first signed up. The workouts kick my butt lolIf your on the fence, it helps that they have several locations. The only downside is their class times don't all match across locations which can confuse me sometimes. But Personally for me they have some by my house and Irvine/Costa Mesa which has been so useful while I transitioned between jobs and why I committed for a full year. Best investment ever
Really like the classes and instructors at Wellbe. It's a great workout and the variety of exercises. Been coming for a year now and seeing improvements in my strength and endurance.
