This is a subcontractor for SCE. They came out to my house on behalf of SCE. I specifically asked for someone to call me when they were on the way. I said I wouldn't be home and I needed someone to call me before they came over. No one called, but I got a notification on my video doorbell when someone showed up. I'm not surprised at the lack of communication/terrible customer service, but still upset.
