As much as I want to leave a positive review, it has been very difficult. I do understand that Yvonne is normally very professional, and I don't fault her for being well recommended and booked. I had requested a notary service and paid, while I haven't received the document after 3 business days after payment had gone through on my banks end. The document that was to be notarized is time sensitive, and I had less than a week to get it. Like I said, it is understandable that she is busy, just is not helpful that I'm unable to get ahold of her via phone, and there's been no response to my emails. We couldn’t have asked for a more complete and efficient process. Operating as a business requires sometimes that you can work with a notary that can work quickly and not miss details, and that is exactly what we got. I will be working with Yvonne again intentionally in the future!
Such a professional and incredible experience. I cannot say enough good things about Yvonne. She has managed to accommodate all last minute requests. Yvonne is very helpful and kind in her service. I totally recommend her and her team to everyone who needs a notary service of any kind :)
