Disappointed with them . Had us wait for 2 hours because he was still in riverside . There was about 2 other customers waiting for him . Disappointed by the unprofessionalism , we gave them the benefit of the doubt but they did the same thing the next year, so we won't be using them anymore , and we won't be recommending them to anyone . Stay away unless you want to waste your day off work and wait in lobby for 2-3 hours .

First time here and I am beyond satisfied with my experience at this tax office. To start, the front office staff provided exceptional customer service. They are quick to have you seen by one of their tax preparers. I was seen by Carlos and I am truly thankful to have been helped by him. He was very professional and full of knowledge therefore all my questions were answered . I will be back next year and will be recommending all my family to come here as well.

Go see Adrian, Margarita, Edgar or Carlos they are the best tax team in Santa Ana. I have done my taxes with all of them over the years I have yet to try don Luis. This is the office I did my first income tax since I was 16, I am now 31 and this place is still here. Adrian treated me like family, him and his mom that also works there and even hooks me up if I bring him a new client. He does my sisters taxes and would not go anywhere else. The prices have gone up over the years, but the value is still affordable. Thank you for all your help through the years!

First of all Edgar is really great but the reason for the 1 star is the gentlemen in the front he is so rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. Also doesn't seem to know any information and just guesses. You really need to work on customer service and speak to people. Us customers are the reasons your bills are getting paid. I did not appreciate you yelling at my mother over the phone. I really hope you were having a bad day or get whatever help you need to improve on yourself. Shame on you. Please be careful when calling into the office and don't expect great customer service on the phone.

First update: I finally heard back from Edgar, it did take having to copy Adrian on the email and leaving this review. None the less I now know the status of my tax returns which is significantly better than being in the dark. I fully understand it's tax season and they're busy but please set the right expectations and let your client know it will take 2-3 weeks to complete their taxes, don't tell them it will be 2 days for a return call and then not communicate for 2 weeks. So here I am, Tuesday 4/23 (almost 3 weeks later) and finding out 1 file wouldn't open via email, and providing an additional piece of information Edgar was missing from me. I'm still hopeful this will all work out but the response I received on this review about not being prepared with my info is kinda BS and leaving me with a bad taste in my mouth. I came with everything they asked me to (when I set up the original appointment) end even told them a 1 hour appt was not going to be enough. During my appointment I wasn't told I was missing anything and even came with last 5 years of my taxes and every possible document needed. I'm originally from Nor Cal and a very loyal client. I was trying to find a new great tax person here locally, but communication, trust and integrity are a must for me. ::sigh::
