My family has been coming here since my sister and I were in elementary school. We are now in our 20s, and personally we never had an issue with this place until 2 years ago. The paperwork was filed incorrectly, someone stole my sisters social security number. Yet our tax man keeps refusing to write a FORMAL letter for my sister to send to the IRS. I drove almost an hour to pick up what we thought was going to be a formal letter but no instead it was another copy of her taxes which we already had. Throughout these 2 years my sister has not once seen her tax returns, and stimulus checks. Instead someone else is reaping in the funds in another state. We will NEVER be returning AGAIN.

Attempted at calling their office, they took my information and never returned my call or followed up. Took over 6 months to file my documents due to an extension however did not lower my initial tax bill to begin with. Charged me higher than quoted filing fee and charged a family member higher fee in line with a higher return. Very unprofessional and will never be retuning. Please save your money and look for someone that will act in a fiduciary capacity.
