I had an event to go to in California and made an appointment with one of the hair stylist for a blow out, I got a notification a couple days later saying “appointment canceled” no call, no reasoning, just canceled. I was so confused and stressed out. It was honestly very unprofessional. (That’s why I’m not giving a 5 star review)I then made another appointment with a different stylist with Davelen and she seriously made my whole day, she was so professional, ready to give me a beautiful blowout and she was so SWEET. My daughter and I went there to get a haircut and I got a deep condition. Stephani did my daughter’s hair and not only did she do an amazing job with her hair but my daughter literally loved her! She was so sweet and kind to my daughter. Bianca did my hair and she was amazing! She talked with me the whole time, was very sweet and did a great job with my hair. I would definitely go back to these wonderful ladies anytime!

Staff at Ulta are pleasant and helpful. It's so refreshing to go into a place like this and find the type of outstanding customer service that they provide. Especially because of the vast choices and product lines that one has to sift through (a good thing) and make decisions on. The time that they take in offering their guidance and answers really goes a long way. Note: I recently became a "newbie" after finding out Ulta finally started carrying my skincare products. Now hopefully, no or less trips to that "finer department store" at Del Monte shopping Ctr., where I always had to hunt for someone in the cosmetic area for assistance--and I'm now paying less!!
