We could not be happier with the service and the final product. We probably went to the San Ramon showroom five different times and Paolo was patient and cordial. After going to another four or five different places, and finding that we could not settle on a particular pattern, and with Paolo's assistance, we agreed to get unstained oak and chose a color later. Jose and Pedro worked their tails off installing, sanding and staining, and our kitchen and hall look gorgeous. The only issue now is that the oak we put in 25 years ago in our living room and dining roof look pretty crummy in comparison! But, we will get these guys to sand and stain them in the near future.
