I've been bringing my pets to Bishop Ranch for almost 10 years. Cats, dogs of all sizes. I do notice a lot of turnover with their staff but the service I get is always superior. Today I brought my 9 month old kitten in to their urgent care clinic because she had been vomiting repeatedly for hours. We were taken back immediately and Elle was examined. The vet was Dr Crisp and she was very friendly and thorough. She gave me the information I needed without talking down to me or leaving out any details. This place has everything you need in one location I like that they are a large veterinary with many vets to choose from only downside to that is if you end up liking a vet and they leave. They have a pet store and boarding onsite which is very nice.
We have taken 6 cats to BRV the past 15 years and have gotten top notch care for them. We have had many positive experiences with several of their doctors. The doctors that have stood out most for us were doctors Dodd, Cappelletti and Shastri. We have had to have 3 of our cats euthanized there and the compassion and kindness of the doctors and staff has been very good. My wife and I highly recommend this facility for their competence and caring attitude.
