Came in to grab a bunch of goodies I ordered from their online site for a superbowl party i was hosting tonight. Let me start off by saying how amazing the staff is. The owner Jeff is extremely reliable on providing me with all my daily essentials. The shop is well maintained and always has new products coming in daily. I ended up checking out all the new products and decided to grab their TreHouse magic mushroom chocolate bars. Amazing selection on their disposables and e juice selection. Phoned them before I came in yesterday. I brought my Supreme Zippo lighter which was not working and initially thought I needed a whole new body replacement. I explained the issue when I called and they informed me to come in and they'll help me out. First and foremost, these guys were not only helpful but went beyond the extra mile to assist me. One of the guys looked and inspected my lighter carefully and determined that it needed a wick and another part to be replaced. Then another employee, who I was told was a lot more familiar with zippos, inspected it and determined that I only needed to replace one part which is less than $2.
