I love this studio so much! I love that it incorporates different styles and classes and very much has a focus on mindfulness. Every class and instructor is different but I have enjoyed all of them!

This yoga studio is incredible. So many types of yoga + endless amazing events. There's something for everyone here. Plus 3 locations!! They've made incorporating yoga into my life so easy. I'm beyond grateful.

I've been practicing yoga at Metta for almost a year, and I am hooked! It's great to be able to have three studios to choose from, and the instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and care to get to know your name. When reserving a class, the registration portal clearly shows the duration and temperature of the class if it is heated. One of my favorites is Jeremy's Tuesday/Thursday evening class. It is an experience, and I come out of it with my monkey mind completely cleared. There is always breathwork and meditation, and the classes are challenging and playful.
