The team worked quickly and efficiently and accomplished exactly what we asked of them and more! They finished in less time than was quoted and Steve, the owner, refunded back the fee for the unused time. This is the second time we've used them and we will definitely use them again.

My father is moving and needed cleaning for an open house. The franchise owner made everything sound good. 3 ladies would be in to do the work. One of the three ladies did a great job in one of the bathrooms. The other two were terrible. One of them broke something and just set it on a table. She did not inform us that she had damaged something. They were not into the details. When you dust a corner, it always takes a bit more work and get the hard to reach spots. NO, NOT THIS COMPANY. The owner needs to do some training with his employees. We went back through and were shocked at the additional dust and grime we removed. NEVER USE MERRY MAIDS.
