Mindy is an incredible body worker. I went in for a massage, stiff and sore as anyone who spends most days at a computer and left with movement in muscles and joints that I had given up on. She listens deeply to concerns, understands the muscles and attachments, and knows just how to address the body. I recommended her to my yoga class last week, and the woman on the mat next to me said "you went to Mindy? Isn't she amazing?!?"
Mindy is extremely knowledgable about many issues related to one's body. I am extremely impressed with her skill and knowledge. I expect I will become a regular. Thank you Mindy.
