I wish I could give them no stars! Made a client an appointment when his tooth/crown fell 4 weeks out, and he was in pain. They had no available emergency appointments to offer. As a last option, with little government insurance, he didn't have many options, Marin Community Clinic was the last resort. Upon arrival, the looked at his mouth and claimed they didn't do that type of work in their office and could not help him. They offered a referral in San Francisco at the Dental School and provided the bus number he should take to be seen. This man is a disabled senior citizen and they sent him away! Being on Medi-Cal and Denti-Cal in Marin County can be challenging. The barriers to accessing quality care are very real for a lot of us. I've unfortunately neglected some routine dental work for a few years now, and it got to a point where I knew I needed to see a dentist ASAP. I got into Marin Community Clinic in under a week for an emergency appointment. The staff was kind and patient, allowing my fiancé to be in the room with me (other than during the x-ray portion) of the exam. The dental assistant, Leticia, and Dr. Cubas had excellent bedside manners. Dr. Cubas accurately diagnosed and explained what was happening to me. I switched from another local community dentist in the area that didn't really have any idea on how to help me. Coming to this place really sorted me out. I had multiple issues. I am very happy going to them. They are very busy and help a lot of people but excellent dental service.
