I keep giving Kaiser chance after chance to give good service. It is near impossible to get in touch with a human. I had a phone appointment today at 1:35pm, I missed the call and was left a message at 1:36pm saying my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I was ready with my phone at 1:37pm, so 2 minutes late is unacceptable. This was a very important travel vaccination appointment and could not be rescheduled before I travel.

I pay a lot for Kaiser Services each month and will dump them ASAP. 24 hour nursing advice line .. you are lucky if they pick up in an hour and a half. I had neuropathic reaction after Covid vaccines that lasted a year and My primary care Dr east said well that nothing compared to what I have !! I told him repeatedly don't ever again prescribe a medicine to me over the email and that I would want to talk to him and consider deeply any medicine for that neuropathic reaction to The vaccine and again he ordered some heavy serious med over the email. I come to the pharmacy here because it's conveniently located about two blocks from work. I haven't ever had any actual problems but often the line is pretty long which is a bummer, which is why I'm deducting a star. Parking can be a pain but usually OK. I really should just walk here from work but why did I buy a car if I don't intend to use it? ;) Staff here are friendly and efficient, so no complaints there. I think they just need to hire another pharmacy employee.
