Our 75 pound dog blew his knee out and needed it rebuilt. Negatives- Ouch!! expensive though they do a superb job at it, and (no fault of theirs) it's 3 months of controlling his movements by keeping him on a leash. The positives - the surgeon is forthright and communicative, and the outcome is shaping up (11 weeks now) to be excellent. If this happens to your dog and it's going to need repair, the sooner you get it done the less arthritis will happen in the joint, which cannot be repaired. You have to love your dog to pay this much, and be able to afford it, but if you do, Golden Gate is the best in the north Bay and cheaper than Petaluma hospital.
Brought in our limping pup to get checked out by a specialist. The staff, vet techs and doctors are all very friendly and thorough. I was surprised and appreciative of amount of time they spent discussing different options we had available. All in all a great experience.
Brian and Zayn exceeded our expectations. We needed an emergency at home service and they were both very helpful and attentive. Brian who came to our home was extremely respectful, compassionate, and patient. He might be the kindest man in San Francisco and we are so lucky to have had him help us through the worst day of our lives. We couldn’t not have dreamed of a better person to gently take us through each step and give us all the time we needed. You can see this work is very meaningful to him. Thank you so much.
