Shana Walt is a magical being whose ability to harmonize body, mind, and spirit results in physical serenity. I have degenerative disc disease in my spine and rheumatoid arthritis which combine to put my muscles from clavicle to hip into a 24 hour daily spasm. She let me see where the nerves misfire to trigger the spasms. Shana painted a detailed picture with words to illustrate where and how the infrastructure is not in line. I was able to visualize the connections and where to let my vertebrae settle so she could re-route the energy and balance the systems. Give yourselves the gift of self care.
