Used to be my go to place but now the hours are spotty. Sign in the door asks you to call this number and set up a time. Went on a Friday and they weren't open. Said they would be open Monday. Hours online said 12:30 pm. Got there and no one there. Called the number again and was told she would be there at 3:30 pm. I left and did not return. Went to Michael's instead.

Not friendly, was too worried chatting on the phone to help. When she finely did ask, seemed to not want to show us anything.
